Service Provided

CIBT provides each travel with the information they need to submit a visa application.

The traveler completes the forms and sends them along with his or her passport, itineraries, photos, etc to CIBT.

CIBT obtains the visas from the various consulates and returns the passport with the visa back to the traveler.

CIBT contacts the traveler if additional information is required or if there are any issues or problems with the paperwork.

CIBT returns the passport and visa to the traveler.

CIBT can provide customized visa kits for groups.

Costs

Costs are determined by the number and types of visas being requested and the amount of time allotted to obtain these visas. The costs are quoted to the traveler prior to processing.

Costs include service fees, consulate fees and delivery fees.

Payment Options

The costs of passports and visas are reimbursable provided that are required for Penn sanctioned travel. The preferred method of payment for Visa Services is Purchasing Cards or Amex corporate cards.
