Trip Registration

Before going abroad for academic, research, or University-related business purposes,make sure International SOS has your trip information. Enter your trip details in Penn’s new Global Activities Registry. Your information will be provided automatically to International SOS and will be available to Penn administrators as needed.  The information will enable International SOS and the University and to assist you more quickly and easily during emergencies.
The Global Activities Registry is an easy-to-use, PennKey-protected, self-service web application for recording information about Penn’s international programs and activities, as well as the itineraries and emergency contact information of individual travelers. International SOS Card

Whenever you travel away from your country of residence, make sure you have your International SOS Card handy. You can print out the card from the International SOS Penn website or contact  Penn Travel Services to have one sent to your Penn address.  You may also print the card after entering travel data in the Global Activities Registry.

International SOS Card

Keep this membership card with you whenever you travel for Penn business. To access International SOS services, use the alarm center number and Penn's membership number found on the card.

Please keep in mind that while this is not health insurance it does provide for medical evacuation and repatriation. Therefore, make sure you review important medical and safety information about the country to which you are traveling. Such information is available on the International SOS web site.
