The goal of Travel Services is to obtain the best value for every Penn dollar spent in the procurement of travel-related products and services, while ensuring that the University receives a high level of service and operates within the fiscal guidelines outlined in the University's travel and entertainment policies.

Travel Services

Travel Services provides travel procurement services to the Penn community for which Penn either pays directly or reimburses the authorized traveler for such expenses. Travel Services develops guidelines and policies on travel and entertainment. Our goal is to have every traveler start here before any travel arrangements are made.

Travel Portal

The Travel Portal is the "go to" location for information on preferred travel agencies, airlines, hotels and other travel providers. The Penn Travel Portal features vendors who are providing Penn with special savings opportunities and/or added value. And the more we support our preferred suppliers, the greater savings we can achieve.

News You can Use

The News You Can Use section provides the Penn community with news from the travel industry to keep you up- to-date on the latest changes in the travel industry. From heath notices impacting airline cancellations to travel advisories, timely information will be updated whenever new information is received so be sure to check the News You can Use section for the latest communications affecting your travel.

Current Promotions

The Current Promotions section provides the Penn community with information on any savings opportunities and promotions our preferred suppliers may be offering. We will be updating this section with information on last minute deals to seasonal opportunities, so always check the Current Promotions section for new information and special pricing.
