Certification Requirements

Validation of supplier's diversity status is required to become an approved supplier to the University of Pennsylvania. Purchasing Services will accept certification from one of the organizations listed below for inclusion in the BEN Buys Purchasing System.

To become a "Preferred", "Preferred Contract", or "Strategic Preferred Contract" supplier, the supplier must successfully complete the Diversity Supplier Development Program and self register in the Small Business Administration (SBA) Central Contracor Registration (CCR) site.
