Publication
Services, a Supply Management business partner since July 1, 2006,
provides publishing solutions to the Penn community through graphic design, web
development and marketing, advertising, and print procurement services. Publication
Services is the University's authorized sole source supplier of Penn branded stationery
items such as business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and memo pads. Managing publishing
supplier business relationships and leveraging University spend for publishing related
services is performed in conjunction with the Procure-to-Pay
(P2P) Project initiative with Purchasing Services and the
Office of the
Comptroller.
Publication Services offers a team of dedicated publishing professionals that can
provide expertise in strategic planning, graphic design, content development, scheduling,
budget development, and print and web production. The Publication Services staff can
offer crucial support on all aspects of your project and provide University approved
suppliers to assist with your specific publishing requirements. Utilizing Publication
Services and University Approved Publishing Suppliers assures that the project created
for you will reflect Penn's graphic standards and meet your expectations.
