Once you enroll your school, building, or office into the MPS Program, you'll have access to the latest print technologies, high quality printer maintenance services, all consumable supplies, and the best, overall office printing value on campus. The MPS Program includes:

  • Multi-functional devices (MFD), printers, scanners and fax machines
  • Preventive maintenance, parts, and ink/toner supplies (excluding paper)
  • Guaranteed service level response times, break/fix, and supplies replenishment
  • Software tools that allow real-time views to your printer fleet
  • Detailed account usage and simplified billing utilizing a cost-per-page model with no overage fees
  • Flexibility for equipment changes; up-scaling and down-scaling as your business needs dictate
  • Single, strategic supplier for increased efficiency - no more contracts or need to manage multiple supplier relationships
  • Discounted per-page pricing based on Pennís total volume
  • Best-in-class print management expertise, processes, and cost

Purchasing Services has created an interim MPS information website (http://www.purchasing.upenn.edu/MPS/) with recommended printer standards and other information for Local Support Providers.  Printer standards will be evaluated annually in conjunction with ISC Technology Support Services and an MPS Customer Advisory Board.  The initial scope within the program includes over 1,000 devices and is expected to double within the six months, covering 10% of Pennís total campus print fleet.

To get started, visit the MPS website or email DocuSense directly:  PennMPS@docusense.com.
