Hotel reservations for visitors coming to Penn and staying at
Club Quarters
Philadelphia can be charged to a Penn Purchasing Card
effective July 1, 2008.
Club Quarters, a Penn preferred contract hotel chain located at 17th and
Chestnut Streets in Philadelphia, is a preferred hotel when the Inn at Penn or the
Sheraton University City is unavailable or the reservation must be booked at a
center city hotel. The Club Quarters Philadelphia hotel, conveniently located in
Center City, offers Penn significantly discounted room rates and is available to
Penn guests, visitors, alumni and Penn employees for personal use.
How to Book a Reservation
Effective July 1, 2008, the Penn Purchasing Card can be used to book and guarantee
a Club Quarters Philadelphia room(s) reservation. The password for making a
reservation is "PENN". The person making the reservation must complete
a reservation form and fax it to Club Quarters Business Office in New York
(fax #: 212-391-5525). The completed reservation form authorizes Club Quarters to
charge the Purchasing Card and not the traveler's credit card.
