New Telrose Corporation Office Products Ordering Information Effective April 1, 2008

Purchasing Services is pleased to announce that effective today, Tuesday April 1st, 2008, there is a new process for ordering Office Supplies. BEN Buys users will notice that the Office Depot logo in the Penn Marketplace has been replaced by a Telrose Corporation logo.

What will change under this new office products contract?

  • Additional 3% discount on orders over $200
  • All Purchase Orders (POs) will be issued to Telrose Corporation
  • Additional dedicated Customer Service Representatives and Account personnel
  • SBA certified Tier 1 diversity supplier for office supplies, furniture, etc.

What will stay the same?

  • The new relationship will not impact normal business operations
  • On-campus support personnel
  • Same delivery personnel servicing the Penn community
  • Next day delivery on all orders placed before 4:00pm (some non-stock item exclusions apply)
  • Same online ordering capabilities
  • Continuation of "Breakfast & Learns" and "Lunch & Learns" as well as other promotions
  • Favorite Lists & Custom Shipping Lists will be transmitted once your first order has been placed under the new Telrose Corporation contract
  • The current catalog is effective through July 2008. At that time, you will receive the new 2009 Telrose/Office Depot catalog

How do I place an order for office supplies on or after April 1st?

Simply click on the Telrose Corp/Office Depot logo on the Penn Marketplace. The ordering site will look very similar to the site you currently use when ordering office supplies directly through Office Depot.

Who will deliver my products?

Telrose Corp will continue to deliver your products. The boxes will continue to have Office Depot on the outside for Office Depot is still the distributor of the products.

If I placed an order before March 31st, what do I do if I have any questions or concerns about that order (e.g. missing items, backorders, invoice questions, returns)?
