Updated Purchasing Card Related Web Sites

The following is a list of recently updated purchasing card related web pages. Cardholders are obligated to visit these web pages on a regular basis in order to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures when using their purchasing card for University business.

• Restricted Suppliers
  The Purchasing Card cannot be used for purchases from preferred contract, Penn Marketplace or BEN Buys Deactivated suppliers.
• Authorized Buying Methods
  The Buying Decision Chart and Supplier Selection Guide have been developed to assist Purchasing Card cardholders with selecting the appropriate buying methods and suppliers for their required products or services.
• Purchasing Card Process Document
  The Purchasing Card process document along with the P2P web site have been developed to help faculty and staff understand the appropriate buying methods and related resources.
