Travel Services

Know Before You Go Travel & Card Services, a Supply Management collaborative business partner, provides travel and entertainment related services to the Penn community. Travel & Card Services is responsible for the development and administration of all travel related policies and training, travel agency relationship management, travel procurement and card services, purchasing and fleet business cards, and any future business card initiatives. Managing travel and entertainment supplier business relationships and leveraging University spend for travel and entertainment related services is performed in conjunction with the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Project initiative with Purchasing Services and the Office of the Comptroller.

Travel & Card Services and Purchasing Services are collaborating on a new travel and entertainment services enhancement project that is designed to reengineer the way travel services are provided to Penn faculty and staff. This project is the result of a collaborative business strategies that leverage the combined resources, experience, and capabilities of both organizations.
