PaymentNet Hardware & Software Requirements
Consistent with
Information Systems
and Computing (ISC) recommendations for accessing Penn's central administrative
systems, the following are the desktop configurations for PaymentNet. Consult your
Local Support
Provider (LSP) if you have questions or need assistance installing the software.
Windows NT/2000/XP
- Windows NT/2000/XP are all supported; standard user privileges are all that is required.
- Minimum Recommended Configuration: 2006-2007 Standard
- Web Browser: IE 6.0/Firefox 1.X
The browser must be configured to accommodate the following:
- Client Software:
- For downloading reports and exporting data, Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0.8 and/or Microsoft Word and Excel are required
- For compressing report files and exported data files, WinZip- compatible compression software is required
- Monitor:
- Recommended: 1024x768 resolution
- 17-inch or larger monitor recommended, but not required
MAC with OS 10.X
- Minimum Recommended Configuration: 2006-2007 Standard
- Web Browser: Safari/Firefox 1.X
The browser must be configured to accommodate the following:
- Client Software:
- For downloading reports and exporting data, Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0.8 and/or Microsoft Word and Excel are required
- For compressing report files and exported data files, WinZip-compatible compression software is required
