Purchasing Card Supplier Portal

Purchasing Card Enabled Supplier Ordering Portal

Purchasing Card The Purchasing Card Supplier Portal streamlines the process for authorized cardholders to use a University purchasing card for ordering from authorized supplier online ordering web sites.

While the BEN Buys Purchasing System is the primary buying method, the purchasing card is the appropriate buying method for suppliers offering configurable products available only via purchasing card enabled ordering sites or for suppliers who provide required products but will not accept a purchases order.

How to Access the Supplier Ordering Sites?

Please review the Purchasing Card Program for information on the University Purchasing Card. A reminder to all authorized cardholders, use of a Purchasing Card is a privilege granted by the Institution, and as such, will be revoked and disciplinary action taken in the event of abuse, inappropriate or fraudulent use, or failure to perform required program administrative duties.

PennKey authentication is required before access is granted to the Purchasing Card Supplier Portal. Authorized Purchasing Card cardholders must enter their PennKey and password in the appropriate boxes to gain access to the supplier ordering sites that are available in the supplier portal. Please direct all questions regarding the Purchasing Card Supplier Portal to Brian Caputo (bcaputo@upenn.edu) in Purchasing Services.
