Purchasing Card Advisory Committee

Purchasing Card The Purchasing Card Advisory Committee was created to engage the customer community in discussions on how to enhance administration, promotion, and advancement of the Purchasing Card Program.

Comprising of representatives from various Schools and Centers, Purchasing Services, and the Office of Audit & Compliance, the committee was formed in the fourth quarter of FY2008 and meets on a quarterly basis thereafter. Future meetings will tackle such issues as the interaction between the Purchasing Card Administrator now reporting to Purchasing Services, the possible expansion of the limits and use of the card; enhancements to Cardholder training, and other enhancements opportunities.

Committee activity and quarterly progress reports will be posted on this web site with regular updates included in the monthly Purchasing Card News e-mail. Please direct all questions regarding this new committee to Mark West, the University's Purchasing Card Administrator.
