Purchasing Card Advisory Committee
The Purchasing Card Advisory Committee was created to engage the
customer community in discussions on how to enhance administration, promotion, and
advancement of the Purchasing Card Program.
Comprising of representatives from various Schools and Centers, Purchasing Services,
and the Office of Audit & Compliance, the committee was formed in the
fourth quarter of FY2008 and meets on a quarterly basis thereafter. Future meetings
will tackle such issues as the interaction between the Purchasing Card Administrator
now reporting to Purchasing Services, the possible expansion of the limits and use of
the card; enhancements to Cardholder training, and other enhancements opportunities.
Committee activity and quarterly progress reports will be posted on this web site
with regular updates included in the monthly
Purchasing Card News e-mail.
