temporary staffing solutions and a
Penn Marketplace participating supplier.
In support of the University commitment to supplier diversity, and
to best serve the needs of Philadelphia and the surrounding areas, Advantage Human Resourcing and
Unique Staffing, Inc. formally joined together to form Unique Advantage LLC. This company provides
a full service solution for your Talent and staffing needs. The combination of Unique Staffing, Inc.
and Advantage Human Resourcing is the ideal partnership. Independently, both organizations have
demonstrated excellent track records and are highly respected in the industry.
About the Contract
The Unique Advantage strategic supplier contract is the result of a formal group purchasing
initiative in partnership with the
University Health System. This group
purchasing initiative enabled Purchasing Services, in collaboration with the University's
Human Resources department, to leverage the
combined temporary staffing buying power of the University and Health System. The negotiated
contract pricing available to faculty and staff has been benchmarked as best-in-class pricing in
Philadelphia while meeting the unique temporary staffing requirements of the University.

Authorized BEN Buys requisitioners can select temporary staffing requirements in the Penn Marketplace
directly from Unique Advantage under the terms of this strategic partnership relationship. Please
