GovConnection, a provider of
computer equipment, supplies and accessories, is a University preferred contract supplier
and Penn Marketplace participating supplier.
GovConnection is dedicated to providing solutions in higher education that meet the
specialized needs of individual schools. A partnership with the
Penn Computer
Connection facilitates exceptional customer support, product exchanges and returns.
For returning items purchased from GovConnection, the Computer Connection will process the
request and manage the overall return process, including packing and shipment (Contact the

About the Contract
The GovConnection preferred supplier contract is the result of the Purchasing Services
partnership with the Educational & Institutional Cooperative
Services (E&I), higher education's
preferred group purchasing organization. In partnership with E&I, Purchasing Services
participates in group purchasing initiatives that will result in improved contracting and
cost savings opportunities resulting from the leveraging of buying power with other purchasing
organizations in higher education.
