Welcome to Alpha Office Supplies,
the University's sole source preferred contract supplier of Xerox Brand copier paper, facsimile
equipment and low volume copiers through a partnership agreement with IKON Office Solution. Alpha
Office Supplies, a Philadelphia based diversity supplier, has been in business since 1985 and
serving the Penn community since 1992.
About the Contract
The Alpha Office Supplies Xerox Brand copier paper contract is the result of a formal competitive
bidding process as is the partnership with IKON Office Solutions for facsimile equipment and low
volume copiers. Both competitive bidding events were facilitated using
electronic sourcing online competitive bidding technology. These
discount pricing agreements are the result of strategic sourcing
initiatives intended to leverage University spend with office products related suppliers.
Ordering Information
All Alpha Office Supplies product requirements must be processed via the
BEN Buys purchasing system. The Alpha Office Supplies online
product catalog with Penn specific contract pricing is available in the
Penn Marketplace. The University's
MasterCard Purchasing Card cannot be used for purchases from
