Alpha Office Supplies, a Philadelphia based diversity supplier, has been in business since 1985 and serving the Penn community since 1992.

About the Contract

The Alpha Office Supplies Xerox Brand copier paper contract is the result of a formal competitive bidding process as is the partnership with IKON Office Solutions for facsimile equipment and low volume copiers. Both competitive bidding events were facilitated using electronic sourcing online competitive bidding technology. These discount pricing agreements are the result of strategic sourcing initiatives intended to leverage University spend with office products related suppliers.
