All requirements for print, broadcast, web, transit, and outdoor advertising are to be processed through Penn Publication Services. Publication Services provides expertise in media placement and planning, advertisement concept development, design and writing.

As a recognized agency and volume buyer of advertising, Publication Services qualifies for agency rates and is able to negotiate preferred rates with newspapers, magazines, web and broadcast outlets, and professional and academic publications. Publication Services staff will handle the placement of all advertising in local, regional, national, and international print, web and broadcast media.
