Policies & Guidelines

The purchase of and payment for equipment, supplies and services from external suppliers must be conducted in accordance with established University financial policies. Faculty and staff involved in ordering products and services from external suppliers via the BEN Buys purchasing system or MasterCard Purchasing Card must be familiar with all financial policies related to purchasing and payables.

The Purchasing Services staff members are available to assist faculty and staff with questions.
