Hours of Operation

Official Purchasing Services hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding official University holidays).

Supplier appointments can be scheduled with the individual Strategic Sourcing Managers based on their assigned commodity responsibilities. The commodity buying responsibilities are listed on the Purchasing Services web site along with directions to our office.
